Executive / Sr. Executive - Customer Service Support (SCM Dept.) for 6 Months Contract Basis

Job Description:

1. Purchase Order Execution & Tracking

  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders in SAP or relevant ERP system.
  • Create Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and generate E-Way Bills for movement of materials from port to warehouse.
  • Monitor shipment movements and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordination with finance and suppliers| C&F Agent| Transporter for payment status.
  • New Vendor onboarding process and maintain tracker & also maintain Vendor approved list.

2. Logistics & Inbound Coordination

  • Liaise with logistics service providers and Customs House Agents (CHAs) for timely submission and verification of shipping and import documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices and documents to accounts for payment processing.
  • Track inbound shipments and follow up on delays or discrepancies.

3. MIS & Reporting

  • Support for SCM audit (Statutory & Internal Audit)
  • Reports on PO vs Delivery status
  • Port stock report to Finance (Monthly)
  • Open Purchase Requisitions (PRs) & Purchase Orders (POs) Monthly Review
  • Import material in Transit and Delayed Shipments
  • Monthly Inventory Reports and Stockout Alerts
  • Dealing with Tolling vendors for production and consumption report. Also handing on reconciliation monthly or quarterly basis
  • Cost Saving report and any new cost saving initiatives
  • Endorsements & IDPMS Trackers
  • Sample tracker for new vendor development

Education:-

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in Chemistry
  • MM module of SAP

Location:- Hyderabad, India

Preferably a Graduate/ Post Graduate in Chemistry with at least 4 years of Raw Material Procurement Experience in Chemical Industry
