Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience and be well-versed in HRIS systems, including Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. You will play a key role in managing employee data, facilitating recruitment processes, and enhancing our social media presence to attract top talent.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by utilising ATS tools such as Taleo and Workday for job postings and candidate tracking.
  • Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in the development of job descriptions.
  • Enhance the company's social media presence by managing content that reflects our employer brand and attracts potential candidates.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics to support decision-making processes within the organisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organisation.
  • Knowledge of social media management practices for employer branding purposes is beneficial.
