Job Summary

The Channel Partner Sales Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with channel partners to drive sales, generate leads, and achieve project-specific revenue targets. The role demands strong networking skills, real estate market understanding, and the ability to onboard and manage high-performing channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to enhance project reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Generate qualified leads through channel partners and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct project briefings, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners.
  • Ensure channel partners are updated with the latest project offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Drive sales conversions through channel networks and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate site visits between channel partners and clients.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and provide timely support to improve productivity.
  • Participate in promotional events, networking meets, and channel partner engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate reports for channel partner activities, lead status, and sales closures.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of residential/commercial real estate products.
  • Ability to generate leads through extensive networking.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with high energy and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in real estate channel sales (mandatory for most roles).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting.
