We are a thriving YouTube channel dedicated to lifestyle, education, entertainment etc. With a rapidly growing audience and a strong brand presence, we are seeking an energetic and driven **Sales Executive** to help grow our revenue streams through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Design and implement effective sales strategies to generate revenue through sponsorships, partnerships, merchandise, and advertising on YouTube.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential brands, companies, and advertisers for collaboration, sponsorship deals, and brand partnerships.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, advertisers, and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- **Pitching & Negotiations**: Create customized proposals and pitch content packages to potential clients. Negotiate terms of partnerships and sales deals.
- **Content Monetization**: Identify new opportunities for monetizing content (e.g., YouTube ads, merchandise, affiliate marketing, etc.).
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance and report on revenue growth, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client feedback.
- **Collaboration with Content Team**: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand upcoming projects and align sales strategies with content releases.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the digital content and YouTube space to capitalize on new revenue streams.
- **Event Management**: Assist in organizing and managing virtual or live events for the channel to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management (preferably with a focus on digital content, media, or YouTube channels).
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales skills, including pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships and network within the media and advertising industry.
- Knowledge of YouTube monetization strategies, advertising options, and digital media sales.
- **Results-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and sales tracking software.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments, to align sales efforts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the entertainment, digital content, or media industry.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or advertisers.
- Knowledge of YouTube’s ad ecosystem and digital video monetization methods.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
