Job Title: Client Support Executive

Location: In-person

Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shifts: Flexible Shifts – Day (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM) / Night (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional communication and support.

Handle client queries related to order tracking, inventory management, and logistics.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels and order velocity to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Manage client contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with terms.

Follow up on invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.

Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring effective follow-ups and clear action points.

Prepare professional presentations and reports for client reviews and internal discussions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).

Strong email drafting skills with professional and clear communication.

Fluent English preferred.

Experience using Slack for team collaboration and communication.

Ability to prepare engaging presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.

Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and meeting coordination.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in account management, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
