Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive – Sales and Business Development to lead strategic initiatives, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
• Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 9+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills:
• Multilingual abilities (if applicable)
• Existing network of industry contacts
