Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Developmennt Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives at Invent're. The role requires strong expertise in negotiations, relationship management, and deal closures with schools and institutional clients. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding Inventre s footprint, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with school management, principals, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions across uniforms, books, stationery, and other school essentials.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, and product) to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to leadership.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 510 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably ineducation, apparel, or EDTech, Real Estate, Banking etc.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in B2B negotiations and deal closures.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
