Job Role:

The role of the Sales Manager involves overseeing and managing the marketing and sales functions of the company. This position is responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with customers. Currently company deals in clean room equipment such as Pass Boxes, Clean Booths, Fan Filter Units, Terminal Boxes, Clean Bench/ Biosafety Cabins/ Isolators, Dust & Chemical Dust Deodorizers, Air Showers, Pre Filters, Fine Filters, Very Fine Filters and HEPA Filters.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and right positioning of the company in the target market.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and product launches.

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to address their requirements.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Development and Positioning:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features and benefits.
  • Develop product positioning strategies and value propositions to differentiate products in the market.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market demands to inform product development efforts.

Pricing and Contract Negotiation:

  • Set pricing strategies for products based on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, distributors, and other business partners.
  • Ensure pricing consistency and compliance with company policies.

Marketing and Sales Analytics:

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing and sales decisions.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

  • Prepare and manage marketing and sales budgets.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize marketing and sales efforts.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources to achieve marketing and sales objectives

Job Type: Full-time
