Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in
Mumbai- Thane, Noida - Sector - 50 & Delhi -Okhla Phase - 1
. The Call Center Agent will handle incoming calls, provide timely assistance to emergency medical requests, accurately document patient details, and dispatch ambulances promptly. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining communication with emergency response teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all calls are answered within a 30-second timeframe. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of call center software
  • High level of empathy and professionalism
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
