About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to handle cold calling and generate new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and building interest that leads to sales or qualified leads for the business development team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, distributors, etc.) from the provided database.

  • Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits clearly.

  • Generate interest and qualify leads for further follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Follow up on existing leads and ensure proper communication until closure.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English

  • Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day.

  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.

  • Discipline, consistency, and willingness to meet targets.
