Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Telecaller to join our team as the first point of contact for clients. This role requires excellent communication, strong coordination skills, and attention to detail in maintaining client records. It is a full-time, day-shift position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all inbound client calls with courtesy and clarity.
- Accurately update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
- Share daily call reports with the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations based on client requirements.
