Team Leader for Collections
Position Overview: As the Team Leader for Collections, you will oversee the collections team, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts. Your leadership will drive performance, enhance customer relationships, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of collection agents. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Organize training and development sessions to improve team skills. Collections Strategy: Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes. Monitor and analyze collection metrics to identify areas for improvement. Set and track team performance targets. Customer Interaction: Ensure high levels of customer service during collection efforts. Handle escalated customer issues and disputes with professionalism. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection. Prepare regular reports on collection activities and outcomes. Identify risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and legal, to support overall company objectives. Participate in meetings to discuss collection trends and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Proven experience in collections or debt recovery, with leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in collections software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills: Leadership and team-building abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
