About Us:

We are developing 
next-generation aerospace platforms
 that combine advanced airframes, avionics, propulsion, and systems into high-performance vehicles. As Program Coordinator, you will be the 
central link between engineering, program management, and documentation control
, ensuring the program moves smoothly through 
gated reviews and PLM workflows
.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the 
    planning and tracking of program milestones
     (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
  • Maintain and enforce 
    configuration control
     across CAD models, analysis files, and documentation.
  • Own the 
    PLM workflow
     (3DEXPERIENCE / Teamcenter or equivalent):
  • Approve and release design documents, BoMs, and drawings.
  • Track issues, revisions, and change requests (ECR/ECN).
  • Prepare and circulate 
    review packages
     for gated milestones.
  • Monitor progress of subsystem teams (design, aero, structures, avionics, propulsion).
  • Support 
    risk registers, schedules, and resource plans
     for the program.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, prototyping, and testing teams for logistics and readiness.
  • Ensure 
    documentation and data discipline
    , maintaining traceability of all program artefacts.
  • Act as 
    single source of truth
     for the program dashboard — timelines, deliverables, and risks.

Requried Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Program/Project Management, MBA or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience
     coordinating aerospace, automotive, or complex engineering programs.
  • Familiarity with 
    PLM tools
     (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of 
    gated program processes
     (concept → PDR → CDR → testing → release).
  • Strong skills in 
    MS Project, Excel, or equivalent scheduling/tracking tools
    .
  • Excellent communication and documentation discipline.
