Role Purpose

The
Project Development Lead/Sr. Executive
will oversee the
end-to-end tendering and project coordination process
, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely bid submission across government and private e-procurement platforms. The role also supports
sales coordination, vendor management, and customer communication
to enable smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Project Coordination

  • Identify and manage tenders on
    GeM, CPP, IREPS, HPCL, BPCL, IOCL eProc
    portals.
  • Prepare
    technical & financial bids
    with internal teams.
  • Ensure
    documentation accuracy
    and
    compliance
    with tender norms.
  • Handle
    post-submission follow-ups and clarifications
    with authorities.

Sales & Documentation Support

  • Maintain CRM records and sales tracking reports.
  • Manage POs, invoices, delivery schedules, and tender-related documents.

Administrative & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and vendors.
  • Manage vendor registration and renewals on government portals.
  • Keep all project and tender data updated.

Customer Service & Internal Communication

  • Act as a
    single point of contact
    for client queries.
  • Liaise across departments to ensure
    smooth project execution
    .
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors.


Required Skills

  • Hands-on with
    tender portals (GeM, CPP, IREPS, HPCL/BPCL/IOCL)
    .
  • Strong in
    bid preparation, proposal writing, and compliance
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, Excel, and Tally ERP
    .
  • Excellent
    communication & coordination
    skills.
  • Strong
    attention to detail, multitasking, and time management
    .


Qualifications

  • Graduate in BBA/B.Com or similar
    field.
  • 3+ years
    experience in
    tendering, project coordination, or business support
    .
  • Mandatory experience
    with government e-procurement systems.


Preferred

  • Background in
    B2B or government contracting
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools
    .
  • Experience in
    sales or project development environments
    .
