About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to drive outbound prospecting efforts, engage with key decision-makers, and generate qualified leads. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns to identify and nurture new business opportunities. You will need to excel in cold calling, confidently engaging industry leaders and driving revenue through meaningful, high-impact conversations. A strong grasp of the Sarvam stack will enable you to translate complex concepts into valuable solutions for forward-thinking enterprise teams. Your expertise in strategic messaging will allow you to craft compelling outreach via email and LinkedIn, ensuring you connect with the right decision-makers. Beyond generating leads, your ability to build lasting relationships will help establish trust and guide industry leaders toward data-driven success.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-potential opportunities.

  • Engage with industry leaders to understand their pain points and strategically position our solutions as effective, scalable answers.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on strategies, prioritize outreach efforts, and accelerate pipeline growth through targeted prospecting.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and guide them seamlessly through the evaluation process.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, tracking interactions, analyzing trends, and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with marketing to refine outreach strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve messaging for higher engagement rates.

Skills & Qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a SaaS-based BDR/SDR role, demonstrating strong sales acumen.

  • Proven track record of successfully cold-calling and converting enterprise decision-makers into high-value business opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and foster long-term client relationships.
