Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:

Train, supervise and manage the performance of guest service staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and protocols.

  • Guest Relations:

Address and resolve guest complaints, inquiries and service issues to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive experience with the support of the seniors.

  • Communication:

Ensure effective communication between the guest service team and other departments to coordinate services and exceed guest expectations.

  • Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and overall guest service quality throughout the property.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Guest Service: Exceptional guest service orientation and the ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
  • Leadership & Supervision: Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to give direction and manage a team.
  • Communication: Strong English interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of hospitality trends and best practices.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field often preferred.
