Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales at Beyond Retail. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing business plans, new business development, retail sales, analyzing data, and effective communication between various stakeholders.
To Do-
Business Planning and Analytical Skills
Cold Calling to corporate clients
New Business Development and Retail Sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to network and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in a similar role in the Retail industry
Knowledge of market research and analysis
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to provide effective training and guidance to the sales team
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends
