Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head-Generic Pharma located in Delhi, India. The National Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing business plans, and executing channel sales strategies. They will conduct regular market analysis, enhance sales and marketing efforts, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the role includes managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and Team Management skills
- Expertise in Channel Sales and Sales strategy
- Proficiency in Sales & Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
