About Role

  • Lead and grow corporate BTL activation business across Delhi NCR, with a focus on Automobile and Consumer Durables sectors.
  • Drive sales efforts targeting large and mid-sized corporate clients; identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and key decision-makers to position BTL activations as a core service.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and present innovative activation campaigns aligned to client objectives and brand strategies.
  • Leverage and expand connections with large media agencies and corporate stakeholders to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs to proactively recommend solutions and campaign improvements.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to the regional P&L performance.

Experience

  • 7 to 12 years in media sales, BTL/event activation, or experiential marketing.
  • Industry Background: Preferably from media agencies, event companies, or activation firms.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing key accounts.
  • Strong network of clients in Automobile and Consumer Durables segments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A proactive, target-driven leader who can work independently and in teams.
