Channel Finance & Discipline
- Deploys channel finance and collections processes.
- Enforces channel discipline, preventing price undercutting and territorial overreach.
Expansion of Channel Network
- Identifies and manages large channel partners to extend presence nationally.
Product Licensing Programs
- Leads LV license partner programs and MV license programs.
Quality of Sales & Inventory Management
- Monitors inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales quality.
Operational Excellence
- Establishes discipline in invoicing processes and reduces month-end operational pressure.
Workforce Productivity
- Supervises channel workforce contributions and monitors their performance.
Digital Sales Enablement
- Promotes digital sales via online platforms.
PQ & Electrical Channel Strategy
- Expands PQ business through OEMs while supplying products via electrical channels.
Key Performance Targets
- Achieves best-in-class Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) within 12 months.
Qualifications & Skills Required
15 years + experience across India Channel Management
- Expertise in channel management and business development.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of channel finance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale operations and multiple programs.
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms.
