As a Catalog Specialist Marketplaces, youll sit at the intersection of content, commerce, and conversionowning the presentation layer of our products across Amazon and other global marketplaces.

Responsibilities
- Catalog Management
- Maintain and optimize product catalogs across Amazon Seller Central for multiple global marketplaces, including the US, UK, Canada, and Germany.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot listing errors, such as suppressed ASINs and incorrect product data.
- Work closely with Seller Support and Amazon AVS teams to resolve catalog issues efficiently.
- Partner with internal Amazon teams, external agencies, and Amazon representatives to ensure best-in-class product catalog management.
- New Item Setup & Product Launches
- Populate and submit New Item Setup (NIS) templates for new product launches across multiple marketplaces.
- Maintain comprehensive NIS trackers in Excel to monitor launch progress and ensure timely go-live dates.
- QA and troubleshoot new listings to ensure PDP accuracy, optimized content, and correct categorization before launch.
- Content Optimization & Conversion Funnel Management
- Optimize product listings by uploading enhanced content via flat files and bulk uploads, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure high-quality product images, accurate product descriptions, and correct metadata are reflected on Amazon PDPs.
- Maintain real-time content trackers to monitor content accuracy, update descriptions, and track ongoing optimizations.
- Analyze product views, conversion rates, and add-to-cart performance, implementing data-driven improvements to boost engagement and sales.
- Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor catalog health and optimize conversion funnels, ensuring high discoverability, strong SEO rankings, and reduced drop-off rates.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, CTR, and conversion rates, identifying optimization opportunities, including reviews and ratings.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and operations teams to enhance creatives and improve product listing performance.
Requirements-Qualifications
- Educational background in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Amazon marketplace catalog management, product listing optimization, and conversion funnel analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Seller Central, flat file uploads, bulk listing management, and PDP optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Amazon flat files, bulk upload tools, and data analytics for performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO best practices, enhanced content (A+ Content), and PDP optimization techniques.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot errors, and maintain catalog integrity across multiple geographies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling Amazon operations across multiple regions (US, CA, UK, DE, EU, etc.).
- Ability to analyze catalog performance metrics and make informed decisions to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Experience with A/B testing creatives, analyzing the impact on conversion rates and iterating based on insights.
- Proven ability to work with marketing, design, and operations teams to enhance product listings and maximize sales.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
