Seller Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The E-commerce Seller Operations Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall seller experience and ensuring smooth operational support across the marketplace. The role focuses on enabling sellers to succeed by providing proactive assistance, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring seamless execution of catalog setup, pricing updates, campaigns, and performance tracking.
You will work closely with category managers, key account managers, catalog, customer service and technology teams to resolve seller issues, optimize processes, and ensure that every seller interaction contributes to a reliable and efficient marketplace experience.
Responsiblities:
Seller & Partner Management
● Act as the first point of contact for marketplace sellers on operational and catalog-related queries.
● Guide sellers through onboarding, listing creation, and policy compliance processes.
● Maintain strong working relationships with sellers, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
● Monitor seller performance metrics (e.g., fill rates, cancellations, content quality) and drive improvement initiatives
Catalog & Listing Operations
● Manage product uploads and updates, ensuring data accuracy, image quality, and taxonomy compliance.
● Coordinate with category and content teams to ensure listings meet FairPrice's merchandising and brand standards.
● Audit listings regularly to identify and fix discrepancies or quality gaps.
● Support new assortment setup, deactivation of inactive SKUs, and seasonal updates.
Pricing & Campaign Execution
● Coordinate with category teams to update prices, discounts, and campaign SKUs in the system.
● Validate seller participation and readiness for marketing campaigns.
● Track campaign execution accuracy and share post-campaign performance reports.
● Ensure promotional activities comply with platform rules and brand guidelines
Operations & Reporting
● Track and report key operational KPIs such as listing turnaround time, seller adherence to SLA, and error rates.
● Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, and logistics) to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
● Maintain up-to-date dashboards and assist with seller performance reviews.
● Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within the seller operations flow.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations, or related discipline.
● –8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, seller support, or category management (experience with Singapore or Southeast Asia marketplaces is a plus).
● Strong Excel and data-handling proficiency; familiarity with CMS or product management systems.
● Working knowledge of marketplace operations, listing setup, and campaign management.
