Location: Remote
Experience: 4-5 years in e-commerce digital marketing
Timings: 7:30PM to 4:30AM (Night shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facebook Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ad creation, campaign execution, performance analysis, and product catalog management, with a focus on achieving strong ROAS and scaling campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from concept to completion for e-commerce products. Candidate must have 4-5 years of experience in it.
Create high-performing ad creatives and copy in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
Use Facebook Ad Library, analytics tools, and other resources to inform ad strategy and creative decisions.
Conduct A/B testing for campaigns, analyzing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and engagement to optimize performance.
Manage product catalog ads and dynamic product ads (DPAs), ensuring product data is accurate and up-to-date.
Run Advantage Plus campaigns and optimize based on performance insights.
Work with video ads on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting and optimization.
Troubleshoot issues such as Facebook account suspensions, ad rejections, and campaign performance dips.
Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes, ad policies, and digital marketing trends.
Support e-commerce operations through ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and dropshipping management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for e-commerce companies.
Proficiency in Shopify.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets reporting.
Experience with product catalog management and dynamic product ads.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for generating ad copy or ideas is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Marketing certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Meta Certified) preferred.
Portfolio of previous campaigns and performance metrics is required.
