About the Role:

Wegnix is looking for a passionate and data-driven
Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist
who can create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns for
D2C brands and eCommerce stores
. If you live and breathe ROAS, CPC, and creative A/B testing, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Meta Ads campaigns
    for D2C and eCommerce brands.
  • Analyze
    ROAS, ROI, CPC, and conversions
    to ensure campaign profitability.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    to identify winning creatives and ad copies.
  • Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently for maximum returns.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft
    attention-grabbing ad creatives
    using Canva.
  • Make
    data-driven decisions
    to scale brand performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1+ year of experience
    in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Proven track record in
    sales campaign optimization
    and scaling results.
  • Strong understanding of
    data analytics and ad performance metrics
    .
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and result-focused mindset.
  • Ability to create
    visually engaging ad creatives
    using Canva or similar tools.
