Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Managing a monthly Meta advertising budget of ₹1 Crore with strategic precision and performance-driven execution.
  • Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS and achieve goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads and D2C marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, specifically working with D2C brands.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences.
  • Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and custom event tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing ad budgets of Rs 25Lakh - 1Crore per month.
  • Familiarity with other ad platforms Google Ads is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
