As we scale, we're looking for people who are hands-on, analytics-driven, comfortable with fast execution, and who can make meaningful impact on ad spend, marketplace share, and customer lifetime value. You will get to work on high-impact campaigns, across multiple marketplaces, and contribute directly to our brand's growth story.
Role Overview
We're seeking an Ecommerce Growth Associate who will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and optimisation of paid-marketing campaigns (especially on marketplaces), driving both short-term transactional efficiency and long-term brand/ecommerce growth. You will work closely with catalogue, design, inventory and retention teams to ensure ad/spend execution is tightly aligned with product availability, creative quality, and funnel metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise advertising campaigns across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).
Monitor and manage daily campaign metrics: ad spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS / ACoS, TACoS and profitability.
Conduct keyword research, bid-optimisation, A/B testing of creatives/listings, and audience segmentation.
Work with catalog/design teams to enhance product listing visibility, improve ad-to-listing conversion, and support product detail page (PDP) optimisation.
Collaborate with inventory & operations teams to ensure ad budget aligns with live stock, pricing, promos and avoids overspend or stock-outs.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports (weekly, monthly) with actionable insights — identifying winners/losers, next action steps, scale-opportunities.
Stay updated on marketplace ad platform features, algorithm changes, category trends (skincare/beauty/FMCG) and competitor activity.
Optimize for funnel metrics beyond just ad spend: new-to-brand customers, repeat purchase rate, average order value, cohort retention.
Drive testing and experimentation: new creatives, new placements, new marketplaces/channels, with clear hypothesis, measurement and learnings.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing marketplace or ecommerce performance marketing campaigns (ideally on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining strong ROAS / ACoS / efficiency results on ad spend.
- Deep understanding of marketplace ad platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa ads) — campaign structures, bid optimisation, keyword strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to work with Excel/Google Sheets, build dashboards, interpret data, derive actionable insights.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced in-office role and working cross-functionally (catalogue team, design, inventory, ops).
- Excellent execution skills: from campaign setup → monitoring → optimisation → reporting.
- Passion for ecommerce, skincare/beauty/FMCG is a plus.
- Strong communication skills — you'll report results, highlight insights, drive alignment across teams.
