We are looking for someone currently:
- Handling a similar role in an electronics brand or platform, OR
- Working as a KAM at Flipkart handling electronics, OR
- Managing a similar role in a D2C brand in categories like beauty or personal care
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive
Sell-In and Sell-Out
across all marketplaces including , Flipkart, Cred, Meesho, and quick commerce platforms. - Lead a cross-functional team of KAMs to achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute
Joint Business Plans (JBP)
, tracking monthly and annual sales goals. - Act as the
face of the company
for channel partners, managing relationships and growth. - Lead a team of
Performance Advertising Specialists
to strategize and drive ads for sell-out initiatives. - Identify and onboard
new channel partners
. - Keep partners informed about
new products, schemes, and promotions
.
