Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Inside Sales Trainees (Freshers) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and sales, who are eager to kick-start their career in the fast-growing EdTech industry. You will play a key role in engaging with potential learners and institutions, understanding their needs, and helping them discover the value of Teach Maven's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to promote Teach Maven's products and services.
• Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Sales Conversion: Assist in converting leads into active customers by effectively pitching offerings.
• Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture interest.
• CRM Management: Update and track lead information, sales activities, and follow-up details.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the business development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Education preferred, but open to all streams).
• Freshers Welcome: No prior sales experience required – training will be provided.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in sales, persuasion, and relationship building.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to meet targets.
