Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will work closely with the business development team, actively generating and nurturing leads, performing market research, interacting with potential customers, and promoting Bhanzu's diverse educational offerings. The individual will also contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance the organization's growth and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand and interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with potential customers
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in business development or sales roles is a plus

As a Business Development Trainee, you'll play a key role in driving growth through lead generation, client engagement, and relationship building — all while working from the comfort of your home.
**Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer suitable Bhanzu solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress reports.
**Requirements**
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Comfortable working weekends (with one rotational weekday off).
Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement is a plus.
