Role Overview

We are hiring Business Development Trainees who are passionate, proactive, and eager to kickstart their career in business development and EduTech sales.

This role is perfect for freshers who want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will be trained on lead generation, communication skills, sales techniques, and relationship building.

  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Outreach: Contact schools, colleges, training institutes, and individual learners to introduce AcceleratorX programs.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify potential prospects and understand their learning requirements.
  • Pitching Solutions: Communicate benefits of our EduTech offerings and assist in converting leads into users.
  • Follow-Ups: Maintain timely follow-up with leads to build interest and trust.
  • CRM Management: Update and track leads on CRM platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product team to support business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing/Education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Freshers (0–1 year experience) are welcome
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Interest in sales, client communication, and relationship building
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
  • Availability for immediate joining
