Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients through lead generation and market research, managing client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of Bhanzu's services. The trainee will gather insights into the market to develop and optimize business strategies, while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in lead generation and a customer-centric approach in driving business relationships
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for business development and achieving targets
