Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Trainees who are eager to begin their career in Edu Tech sales. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are passionate about education, technology, and client engagement.
As a Business Development Trainee, you will receive structured training, hands-on mentorship, and real-time exposure to sales tools, customer engagement strategies, and product knowledge. You will play a key role in supporting the team in expanding market reach and driving learner adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential schools, colleges, institutes, and individual learners interested in digital learning solutions.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and social platforms to introduce AcceleratorX offerings.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Assess learning requirements and recommend the most suitable EduTech programs or products.
- Sales Support: Assist senior executives in conducting demos, presentations, and product walkthroughs.
- Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular communication with potential clients and ensure consistent engagement.
- CRM Management: Update lead information, track outreach activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, academic, and product teams to align communication and support business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred—but not mandatory).
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and EduTech are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with confidence in speaking to customers.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹278, ₹1,248,149.32 per year
