Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Trainee located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include conducting market research to identify opportunities, generating leads for business expansion, and assisting in strategizing business growth initiatives. The role also involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing excellent customer service to foster relationships and drive business development initiatives. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be expected to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, trends, and market opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively.
  • Experience or aptitude for Lead Generation and Revenue Generation and Market Research.
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic business environments.
  • A bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
