Your responsibilities and tasks:
Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following.
- Pumps and Pharma Sales Role for Business Unit Valves and Pumps New Machines
- To ensure market reach and penetration in target geographies – direct as well as through dealer / distributer / agents
- To own and deliver order booking and sales as per target product mix.
- Identify and actively search for new prospects across territory
- Make effective approach and presentation to the target clients
- Act responsibly for overall sales and payment process
- Build good rapport with the prospective clients and keep up the image of Company in the market
Performance will be measured against specific targets, and the overall contribution to the organization growth.
Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Your profile and qualifications:
Profile
- You are an Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in selling of Capital equipment and machinery.
- You should be dynamic, committed, transparent and open – minded with independent and strategic thinking abilities
- Should be working in an organized environment and able to follow systems and same time create new process to meet the changing needs of the market-place.
- You must be willing to travel extensively
