Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Store Manager located in Pune. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and maintaining inventory levels. Key tasks include implementing store policies, improving sales strategies, and preventing retail loss. The Store Manager will also be responsible for training and supervising staff to provide excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
