Legal Intern – CHS Redevelopment & Compliance

About Us:

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) specializing in CHS redevelopment, SRA, and large-scale real estate projects across MMR. We provide end-to-end solutions including legal, architectural, RCC, and compliance services.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Legal Intern
to assist our legal & compliance team in
society redevelopment, real estate regulations, CHS laws, and contractual documentation
. This is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain
hands-on exposure
in real estate and redevelopment laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting & vetting redevelopment agreements, MoUs, and contracts.
  • Research CHS redevelopment laws, UDCPR, and real estate regulatory compliance.
  • Support legal team in preparing case notes, petitions, and documentation.
  • Liaise with societies, developers, and government bodies under supervision.
  • Help in compliance checks and report preparation.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing
    LL.B. / B.L.S. LL.B. / Equivalent
    (3rd year onward preferred).
  • Strong interest in
    real estate & housing society laws
    .
  • Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of
    MCS Act, MOFA, RERA, and redevelopment guidelines
    is a plus.
  • Residing in
    Navi Mumbai / MMR region
    preferred.
