Role Description: Legal Associate – Redevelopment & CHS Law
This is a full-time
on-site
opportunity based in
Navi Mumbai
, ideal for
law graduates or final-year law students
looking to gain hands-on experience in CHS law, property regulations, and real estate redevelopment.

As a Legal Associate (Fresher/Trainee/Intern), your core responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in preparation and review of legal documents such as Development Agreements, MOUs, LOIs, Consent Letters, and Power of Attorney
  • Conducting legal research on RERA, MOFA, DCPR/UDCPR, 79A directives, and cooperative society regulations
  • Evaluating legal risks and supporting compliance activities for society redevelopment projects
  • Participating in client meetings, society consultations, and builder negotiations
  • Coordinating with senior legal advisors and cross-functional project teams
  • Supporting documentation and verification required for 79A certification and project approvals

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Property Law, CHS Law, and Urban Development Regulations
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Excellent legal research and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (Marathi proficiency preferred)
  • Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or currently pursuing LL.B (final year students may apply)
  • Prior internship or exposure to real estate or property law is an advantage

Compensation & Perks

  • Interns:
    ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month (Certificate & Letter of Recommendation provided)
  • Trainee / Freshers (Full-time):
    ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA (Based on assessment)
