Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Advocate Associate based in Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, assisting with litigation across City Civil Courts/ESPANADE Court/ Small Causes Court Mumbai, and providing legal advice aligned with client objectives. The role involves supporting senior advocates during court proceedings, preparing briefs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents, contracts, and briefs
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis, with attention to detail
  • Experience assisting in litigation, court proceedings, or tribunals
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to banking, corporate law, or real estate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic legal environment
  • Prior experience or internships in a similar role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution and enrollment with the Bar Council
