We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Legal Executive / Legal Coordinator
to support our legal and project management teams in documentation, coordination, and compliance across various redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage
    legal documents, agreements, MOUs, and Power of Attorneys
    .
  • Coordinate with
    societies, developers, legal advisors, and government authorities
    for project documentation and registration.
  • Assist in
    title verification, due diligence, and legal compliance
    related to real estate and redevelopment projects.
  • Handle
    document control, notarization, stamping, and registration
    processes.
  • Maintain
    organized legal records and correspondence logs
    .
  • Provide
    administrative and coordination support
    to the Legal and PMC teams.
  • Stay updated with changes in
    real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and redevelopment regulations
    .

Requirements:

  • Graduate in
    Law (LLB / BA LLB)
    or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    real estate, redevelopment, or legal documentation
    (freshers with strong interest may apply).
  • Excellent knowledge of
    property law, documentation, and government procedures
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, drafting, and record management
    .
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
