Job Description and Key Responsibilities
- Contracts Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, procurement, and sales contracts both national and international contracts.
- Maintain an accurate Management Information System (MIS) for all contracts.
- Store and manage all hard and soft copies of executed agreements, including scanning physical documents.
- Send out reminder notices to relevant departments one month before a contract expires.
- Factory & Legal Compliances: Visit factories to oversee compliance-related tasks.
- Monitor and update the factory compliances checklist (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Stay informed about the latest developments in factory compliances and legal metrology laws.
- Legal Documentation & Reporting: Draft, vet, and finalize legal documents like notices and replies to notices, even if they aren't contract-related.
- Provide a detailed work report on a weekly basis.
- Ad-Hoc Legal Support: Handle any miscellaneous legal work and take on additional responsibilities as assigned beyond contract management.
- Travel pan-India as required for any legal work and should not be limited to the assigned profile.
Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of proven experience post completion of law.

- Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, with an acute attention to detail. Must be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel as per business needs.
