Position: Legal Executive

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

About the Role:

Eventus Security is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to join our team at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, contract management, and providing legal support to various departments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and vet legal agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Master License and Service Agreements, etc.
  • Prepare and review other legal documents including tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, and terms & conditions.
  • Support the HR department in drafting and reviewing HR-related legal documents.
  • Maintain and organize legal agreements, documents, and databases.
  • Assist in administrative and paralegal tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: L.L.B or B.L.S./L.L.B (3-year or 5-year Law Degree)
  • Experience: 35 years in a similar role.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
