Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven
B2B Sales Manager
to lead the sales efforts for our financial and service-based product lines. The ideal candidate has strong experience in selling to CXOs, decision-makers, startups, and SMEs, particularly in the investment, financial, or legal services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire corporate clients, family offices, startups, and HNIs for financial/investment-related service offerings.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions involving legal compliance, investment structuring, or financial instruments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and advisory teams for custom proposals and delivery.
  • Report on pipeline status, conversion metrics, and revenue targets.
  • Represent the brand in client meetings, webinars, events, and industry forums.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly selling financial, legal, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, compliance services, or financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking, and proposal writing.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and target-oriented.
