Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Mid-Level Liaisoning Architect
to manage
statutory approvals, compliance, and coordination with authorities
for redevelopment and real estate projects. The role demands strong technical knowledge of
DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, and local building regulations
, with proven experience in handling approval processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit drawings to municipal authorities (NMMC, MCGM, PMC, etc.).
  • Handle approval processes including IOD, CC, OC, Fire NOC, MOEF, AAI, and other statutory clearances.
  • Liaise with planning authorities, government departments, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with UDCPR 2020, DCPR 2034, SRA, and redevelopment guidelines.
  • Coordinate between design, structural, and legal teams for smooth approval workflows.
  • Maintain proper documentation and track approval status for multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch
    (Architectural License mandatory).
  • 4–7 years of professional experience with focus on
    liaisoning & approvals
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    building byelaws, UDCPR 2020, DCPR 2034
    .
  • Experience in redevelopment / SRA projects preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Must be
    Navi Mumbai / MMR-based
    for site & authority visits.
