Role & responsibilities
- Underwriting of Loan Applications for Business Loans profiles all branches of South India adhering to the policies and guidelines laid by the company.
- High levels of quality of underwriting to be maintained and applications to be processed within the prescribed timelines.
- To conduct Tele PD with the customers and to understand about the business, his financials status
- Ability to build high quality retail portfolio. Co-ordination with other internal verticals which includes Sales, Operations, Non CPU Credit Team at branches.
- Co-ordination and follow up with external vendors for PD reports, FI reports and to ensure reports are received and updated as per the timelines.
- Ability to understand the customer requirements and to structure the loan application best suited program according to the profiles.
- Ensure the successful adoption of internal compliances & regulatory framework across the business.
- Coordinate with internal audit and regulatory audit regarding their various requirements and address their concerns on aspects of credit policies and procedures and their implementation.
- Majorily seeking for CPU concept
10.Language proficiency in Tamil and English is required mandatorily.
