About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline across international markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia & USA). The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT product & service sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive high-quality prospecting campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation through calls, emails, and campaigns.
  • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through consistent follow-ups and virtual meetings.
  • Conduct initial needs analysis to identify opportunities for solution selling.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to execute targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report key metrics (pipeline, conversions, call volumes).
  • Stay updated on market trends and regional insights to strengthen outreach.
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to business development/closing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58 years' experience in Inside Sales in IT products & services.
  • Strong track record in international markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia & USA).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written); Hindi preferred; Arabic a plus.
  • Proficiency in lead gen tools (ZoomInfo, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong research, organization, and time management skills.
