We are hiring for Inside Sales Executive Banking/ Core Banking Solutions
Location: Bangalore/Onsite
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
About the Role We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives in the Banking & Core Banking Solutions domain. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who aspire to build a strong career in Sales, Business Development, and Financial Technology. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth by engaging with leading banks and financial institutions across India. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and fast-track career growth opportunities.
What Youll Do
- Conduct proactive lead generation and nurturing via phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
- Qualify prospects and drive them through the complete sales cyclefrom initial outreach to closing.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of core banking systems or banking solutions including digital banking modules like payments, CRM, and analytics.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and quotes; follow up with clients to secure closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, field sales, channels) to convert leads and optimize outreach efforts.
- Maintain pipeline visibility by updating CRM tools with accurate lead status,interaction history, and forecast data.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently by leveraging persuasive communication and relationship building.
- Provide periodic reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and market insights.
What Were Looking For
- Master's degree in business administration preferably in Marketing, Sales, IT Management.
- Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Finacle or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Sheets).
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of working independently and within teams in a goal-driven environment. Perks & Benefits

Compensation
- 2.5 LPA – 4.5 LPA + Sales Incentive of 0.5% on targets achieved.
