Office Coordinator

The Post Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing all correspondence and communication between Mahodadhi Homes Pvt. Ltd. and various government offices. The role involves preparing, submitting, and tracking official documents, maintaining records, and ensuring timely government follow-ups to support company operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and submit documents to government departments, especially postal and municipal authorities.
- Handle all postal communications, including registered posts, speed posts, and courier dispatches.
- Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming government correspondence.
- Coordinate with government officials for approvals, clearances, and follow-ups on pending files.
- Draft letters, applications, and reports as per official formats and company requirements.
- Assist in obtaining government licenses, certificates, and permits as required.
- Track document status and update management on progress and timelines.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation processes.
- Liaise with internal departments to collect required data and paperwork for submission.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and filing requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹24,077.46 per month
