Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin cum Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, clerical, and support tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office and assist different departments when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
- Support HR and accounting teams with basic administrative tasks such as attendance records, expense claims, and documentation.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing mail and courier arrangements.
- Maintain updated records of office assets, employee directories, and contact lists.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
