**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily office tasks like data entry, organizing files, and keeping documentation up to date.
- Perform routine clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents with attention to detail.
- Provide administrative assistance to team members and various departments, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and document management.
- Support the planning and execution of office events and activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage office inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Accurately enter and update data in company systems and databases, ensuring integrity and completeness.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other correspondence as required.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- **Education**:12th grade or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
- **Experience**:0-1 year of experience in a technical or administrative role is preferred
- You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and always present yourself professionally.
- You must have your own vehicle.
