**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general office tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Data Management**:

- Accurately input and maintain data in spreadsheets and company databases.
- Generate reports, charts, and summaries as required using MS Excel.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of data entries and address discrepancies promptly.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors for effective coordination.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- **MS Office Expertise**:

- Prepare, format, and edit documents and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Utilize MS Excel for advanced data management, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ensure all documents adhere to company standards and maintain confidentiality.
- **Support to Management**:

- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task prioritization.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by management.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office communications.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (advanced level) and Word.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
